A web platform that will be used to manage the selling process: from dealers’ management and price setup, to easily create quotes by sales reps or end customers. As an online tool, will be able to work on any device and any platform.

About the product

A typical dealer network consists in a list of companies (dealers) that sell items manufactured by a fabricator. Each dealer can have one or more shops and at least one seller per shop.

Who may use the system?

Fabricators

(manufacturer of windows and doors) – managing the entire system: materials, prices, projects, dealers

Dealers

An entity, that has a shop network and acts like an intermediary between windows and doors manufacturers and other dealers/shops. They will manage their internal sales network

Dealer/Shop/Installer

Company that sells and eventually install windows and door. There can me multiple location and sales reps.

End Customer

Can create offers, in a shopping cart system on the website of any of the companies above.

Dealer management

Fabricators and dealers will be able to create and manage their own sales reps network with different options and price levels.

Product definition

Thru the definition process, different type of products can be defined, so it can be later used in the estimation process: standard, complete, custom and auxiliary items. Each of these items will have some configurable properties and different computing price models.

Components’ price

RA Dealer will be able to compute the price of a component using different methods: based on material, using a matrix, using RA Workshop engine, etc.

Easy online estimation process

A price will be easily calculated using an online intuitive system of selecting shapes, properties and options.

Collaboration

Ra Dealer platform will enhance the collaboration between Fabricator and Dealer.

Reporting

Different reports will be available, like: quote report (price for the end user), dealer quote (price that a dealer shall pay to the manufacturer), etc.
